Terms of Service & Disclaimer

SafeSpace with DrFaye™ provides professional life coaching and personal development guidance for everyday people carrying real weight — educators, artisans, workers, caregivers, and leaders seeking personal growth, mindset recalibration, and general life strategy. While A1 Business Experts provides professional consulting in other areas, SafeSpace Coaching is a specific community-focused offering and does not include professional grant acquisition, legal, or financial auditing services.

• Single Session: $149 per individual 60-minute session.
• SafeSpace Momentum Package™: Purchase twelve (12) sessions and receive two (2) additional sessions free (14 sessions total).

Payment. All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or via the designated payment link before the session commences.

Single sessions must be used within sixty (60) days of purchase.

Package sessions are non-refundable and must be used within twelve (12) months of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after twelve months will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

SafeSpace Coaching is coaching and does not constitute licensed therapy, medical advice, or mental health counseling. The coach is not acting as a licensed mental health counselor, therapist, or medical professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical treatment, you are advised to seek a licensed medical professional.

While coaching is designed to provide tools for success and personal breakthroughs, A1 Business Experts makes no guarantees regarding specific life outcomes. Results are dependent on the Client’s own participation, implementation, and personal circumstances.

Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or “no-shows,” will be charged the full session fee or deducted from the Client’s remaining package balance.

A1 Business Experts maintains strict confidentiality regarding all personal information shared during coaching sessions. Information will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., intent to harm self or others).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A1 Business Experts and its affiliates, including Dr. Faye Wilson, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the coaching services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific session or package in question.

Payment for a SafeSpace Coaching session constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Disclaimers.
